This is now the second questioning why im here. Not in a creepy way just I feel out of place snd I wonder how much longer Im going to waste away before allowing myself to be founf. I tslk often about Ireland simply because it was the one place in my life I felt right. No matter what may hsve come my way I was going to be ok. I was going to make it work. Since thenIfeel like Ive been living a lie. Going through yhe motions. All because I dont believe Ive found where I belong. Now thetr is an invisible timer counting doen once sgain. Ticking louder than sny of the others. Your window is closing though you wont know hoe long you hsve until the window slsms shut. Too late is not an option.

Grunts cont. 18+ please

Watching Aisley walk away was painful to both full blooded males. Her long straight hair covered her strong bare shoulders. Her teal strapless top sat low over her full breasts, covering the waist band on her white skirt falling to her mid thigh.

"Brah, what are you gonna do?" Fin whispered, watching Aisley walk away.

"What am I supposed to do? I'm gonna lose her, I know it. She's gonna leave me." Joe punched the couch cushion. "I feel like a pre teen again man. I'm stuck, clueless." The embarrassment showed on Joe's face.

"I think you know what you need to do, just don't know how." Fin spoke confidently adjusting in his seat.

Aisley walked back to the living room pausing in the doorway. Both men fell silent.

The problem was Aisley loved Joe. She couldn't explain it but she did, the problem was she couldn't see with the torture that left her so close to what she needed but never close enough to make it over the edge.

Sex wasn't everything but it was a big problem.

Biting her cheek she stared between the two men drinking on the couch. They looked like two boys caught with their hand in the cookie jar.

Her Joe was tall with broad shoulders just like she liked. His arms were strong but like the rest of his body, his strenth sat a few inches fat giving him the teddy bear look. One of the reasons she had fallen for him, feeling safe in his arms.

But even with her man sitting on the same couch, his friend was something to look at...and think about when things weren't going so well. He was taller than Joe by three inches. His shoulders were just as broad only defined as were his arms. His body reminded her move of a TV wrestler than anything else. The bounds of muscle and minimal fat, except his beer float covering the six pack. Dark hair and bright blue eyes. It was hard to deny how attractive he was.

"So...whatcha doin?" Aisley asked hesitantly. Crossing her arms over her chest leaning against the wall.

Both men shook their heads in sync.

Aisley rolled her eyes walking into the kitchen. She could hear the whispers from the living room, but couldn't make out the words. They were plotting something. She pictured their hand gestures and eye movements working together to make some syncronized ambush.

She laughed at the thought. It was like a game, only they had lived it and she knew it.

She began making desert for dinner.

"Joe, babe, I need you to get me the glass casserole dish." She called never turning around. It hurt her to think she wouldn't be able to handle the distance she had caused, but there was no way to minimize it. Not without it feeling like a lesson rather than natural desire. That's what was missing, the subtlies.

"I'll be there in a minute." Joe called back.

She continued working on the concoction. Finishing with the mixture she leaned against the counter crossing her arms over her chest.

"Joe?"

"Just a minute babe."

"You said that twenty minutes ago." She muttered to herself. Grabbing a chair and pulling it to the counter she began climbing up attempting to keep her skirt in place.

She never wore skirts. The skirt had been an invitation for Joe to make a move. It's how it always had been, she gave him an invitation, he was clueless, she made it obvious and then he made a move. This time she was really regretting the lack of panties idea she had going with this one.

She had forgotten Fin was spending the week with them. He had arrived while she was out. Her plan was that she would go out, pantiless in a skirt, come home and let Joe know what she had been up to. She counted on that jealous streak in him to take over and claim her.

Fin being here had killed that idea.

She placed the dish on the counter and began to plan her descent.

"Need help?"

Aisley looked quickly over her shoulder. Fin was leaning against the counter next to her beer in hand. For a brief second she forgot the thin short material covering her.

"Uhm...can you just move that." Pointing to the dish.

He picked it up and dropped it on the table, returning to his post.

"Anything else you need...help...with?" Fin emphasized the word 'help' with a seductive tone in his voice.

Aisley turned and sat on the counter, the chair had been moved out of the way. She could sense there was something else in his words.

"You know I'm your boy's girl...right?" Aisley straightened her skirt, avoiding the slide off the counter to keep her skirt in place.

"I'm well aware." Fin licked his lips walking over to Aisley.

She knew it was wrong but the rush of heat ran through her body having Fin so close to her. This is what she had intended for Joe, she couldn't stop her body's reaction to him.

Fin's hand slid up her thigh

The safest place in Boston...at 4 am

I'm a pretty awesome person, not to sound vain but I'm confident of that fact. Still, pretty crappy things happen to good people and Karma can't act fast enough sometimes.

The evening was clear and the streets filled walking up to the Cathedral of Boston aka Fenway Park for the epic rivalry of Sox vs. Yankees (9-5 us for a final score...I'm magic baby!) Having the expectation that something fun would be happening was great. Unfortunately, my "friend" was, well, herself and I was a fool.

We drank at a local hot spot just to have an older woman get in our faces over knowing the bar tenders and kicking us out because she didn't like the response time as we didn't say how high when she commanded we jump. I'm not one to be intimidated or threatened, but the woman clinging desperately to youth thought she had game making empty threats. The drama I can't stand.

My "friend" decided to make friends with two men 30 years older than us. I'm cool with getting life advice and inspiration from someone. Totally game. For me that's what one of the men was. My friend however spent the time trying to get in his pants.

The journey led to them getting us kicked out, getting kicked out of another bar one of the men being too drunk and leading to a final club.

I'm not a club person when I'm invited let alone when it is a surprise. The club led to me telling my "friend" I'd wait for her outside as she had said we could leave.

While outside I met a group of individual's from Ireland who are living in the country for three months. The conversations were about the country the accents chivarlry, all pleasant. I walked away with two emails to simply discuss Ireland further with the boys my age.

That's when the fun really began.

Walking the street trying to find my "friend" never leaving the comfort of the historic landmark that is Fenway Park I was hit on by a few individuals. On a normal day I would have been flattered. At 2am in the middle of Boston when your ride home is MIA? Not so much.

After about a dozens calls my "friend" answers the phone to inform me she was down some alley having sex with a guy she found in the club. And to come find her.

I told her to find her way back to the Park. It is well known and hard to miss. The corner of 42nd and Brookline, not so much. 45 minutes later she calls to ask me where the car is parked. Yawkey Way.  One of the most recognizable streets in Boston, especially for a Sox fan.

Then the question came about, "So you don't want to hang out with some guys tonight?" 3am, not so interested in going to a strangers apartment period let alone after you've put out for one.

She says to find her, take her keys and drive home because she doesn't get out much anymore and she didn't want me ruining her night. I nearly punched a metal post stopping myself short of contact to end with slapping the green beast instead.

Attempting to find her, I refused to leave the cover of Fenway period. As the phone tag began to find her I sought the help of the security guards at the Gate. "You're relatively safe over here." is what one of them had said to me. "Relatively" had to be "good enough" for the time. Leaving the relative safety of the guards I walked to "the Citgo Sign" in Kenmore Square finding her and the male with her.

She requested a cigarette and chanced after a group of individuals to ask them disappearing...again.

I turned to the male and said "I'm not normally a bitch but this is bullshit. I just want my ride home at this point and wondering Boston at 3am by myself is not what I consider fun." He said he just wanted to make sure she was safe and she had mentioned me so he needed to know she was safe. If he was looking for me to appreciate the"kind gesture" it was not received in kind.

When my "friend" returned with doritos, from where I don't know. She turns to me and says, "So I'm taking you home." Looks at the other guy and says, "Want to hang out after?" He informed her he was from Philly and was only up here for a bit and had no intention to move up to Boston after one night.

My "friend" stormed off past both of us. I let her go and began yelling for her to turn down YAWKEY WAY billboarding myself to walk down the correct street. She waved me off and continued walking straight into the dark of Boston streets.

My options limited I called...my dad. The minute I knew he was coming to save me the wave of tears hit me.
In those 60 minutes along with texts I received a phone call from a Boston number. My "friend" had her 'you're ruining my life' attitude asking me once again where the car was. I told her it was off Yawkey Way. She said she was trying to get home. I said my ride was coming. Her response, "Oh you have a ride?" There was a male voice in the background, a part of me knows it was the guy from high school when he said "Where is she I'll go get her." My "friend" responded to him "She has a ride she's fine." and hung up. He called back and I heard my "friend" say "NO!" and the phone hung up again.

Waiting for an hour in Boston bymyself, I made sure of three things: 1.) The security guards at gate D were BOTH aware of me 2.) I began texting two people I trust full heartedly in the event tragedy struck there would be a form of a time line to work from and 3.) I parked myself at gate D picnic tables, in the shades but direct line of the guards and did not move for 60 minutes until the phone rang and my ride saved me.

I wouldn't say I was "lost" in Boston, I was simply "left" to fend for myself. With that, like a How To 101 I'd say the best thing I did was not go searching for my "friend" not because I didn't care, but simply because I stood in a well known landmark, no denying the location of while she found her way in and out dark alleys and street corners.

The result being I recieved a phone call at 6:30 saying she couldn't find her car still and the tone in her voice was that of sadness and shock that I would not be bailing her out. Over 50 times I told her where the car was. If she had decided to find her way to the Park on Yawkey Way I would have had no problem directing her more clearly to the parking structure signage on the infamous street.

I'll be mourning the loss of my favorite sweatshirt as it sits in her car and I'm sure there will be deliberate damage to it given how the evening went. There will be other sweatshirts that win me over. As for "friend", if I need quotations to express the relationship, it isn't something I need in my life.

"Who needs enemies with friends like that."

Grunts 18+ please

It had taken years to come to the conclusion that was apparent now. There was no chemistry. Aisley and Joseph had no sexual chemistry and that was becoming more and more apparent. The struggle to end up in the moment they had was a journey that started young and seperated them as Joe traveled with the Marines over seas.

There were moments that proved why they were together, why they had come so far but a key piece was missing for Aisley, between the sheets. She laid drumming her fingers on the mattress as she stared at the wall in the dark. The sheet tucked under her arms covering her naked body. He hadn't even noticed before passing out from another night of being a home town hero in the local bar.

Sleep had found her in brief spurts, waking every time Joe moved on the bed. Her blind anticipation told her he had to notice, at some point he would notice and take advantage of the situation and she would be in her bliss. It was 4 am and the anticipation was dying out to the worst case of female blue balls she had ever experienced.

The anticipation and excitment was bad enough but the hope and desire was fading slowly. As her lids finally gave in.

Aisley woke to soft kisses on the back of her neck and a hand sliding from her breast to hip and back again over the sheet. Keeping her eyes closed she let out a light moan of approval. There was a shift of the cloth and Joe's big warm body was pressed against her back. Grinding her hips slowly against Joe's groin she had a sudden wave of excitement shoot through her body to find he was completely naked as well.

His hands slid under the sheet and under Aisley's body resting one hand along her breasts and the other running trails with his finger down between her legs.

Aisley lifted her top leg to rest it on Joe's giving him more room to explore her. His hand at her breasts began rubbing as his lower hand spread her lower lips with his index and ring finger gliding the middle up and down over her clit.

To keep her moans quiet Aisley bit on her lower lip and ground her hips into Joe's rock hard shaft. His kisses became more intense as his stokes quickened. One finger slipping deep inside her, retreating and being joined with another.

"You're soaked." he whispered biting her ear.

Aisley's moans were hard enough to control, she just nodded and arched her body back into him. Two more thrusts of his fingers were all she got before his hand disappeared leaving her whining for more.

"Mmm...perfect." Joe said huskily as he licked his fingers in the low light for Aisley to see.

Aisley rolled into him wrapping her arms around his ribs digging her nails into his back as she spread her legs grinding her hips to him.

Joe just smiled as he mounted her. She was already so close to climax it was torture waiting for him. Stretching her neck she bit down on his lower lips thrust his hips towards him.

"Patience" Joe murmured with a smile and licked his was down her neck to each breast. Licking soft strokes over each nipple.

It wasn't as much of a turn on as he believed it to be but if it got him in her quicker he could do whatever he wanted to do.

Slowly feeling the orgasm that was so close fade back, Aisley grabbed both sides of his face and brought him to hers. "Fuck me...NOW"

Joe smiled grabbing the back of both her legs and in one swift move lifted her hips up and open making Aisley gasp softly.

Grabbing ahold of his hardened shaft Joe began dragging the thick tip along her opening pressing in just slightly and going back to tease her clit.

Aisley whined through the pants and thrusted into him again.

Joe lined himself up grabbed her knees and slammed himself inside in one fluid motion making Aisley whimper with pleasure.

The pressure of her walls around him was too much for him to keep teasing and began a fast and hard rhythm. Aisley's moans and nails digging into his flesh was all he needed to know he was on the right path but keeping up the momentum was too much. Throwing his head back Joe came in rush. Tensing and collapsing on Aisley.

Kissing her neck he could feel the twitching between her legs, though it was hard for him to tell if it was her or him. He began kissing her neck, the minute he lifted a bit of his weight from her she was grinding her hips into him.

"I want to come!" Aisley whined through gritted teeth.

Her head arched back shoving her breasts in his face was such a turn on but not quick enough and he knew it.

Sliding down between her legs, he kissed her stomach moving to her inner thighs before sealing his mouth over her lower lips. She was so wet from her excitement and his release. He began licking softly from her cunt to clit circling her clit with his tongue and making another long drag sucking in all the juices he could.

Her grinding slowly ceased. There was no rush of juices which was a disappointment to him, he loved the feel of her climax exploding on his tongue.

She laid still and he smiled to himself climbing back next to her. If she wanted to stop he was fine with that. Whatever she wanted he was willing to give her. He wrapped his arm around her and burried his face in her hair. Sighing happily to himself.

Aisley shook her head in frustration.

This is how it had been ending for quite a while. He came and the urgency was gone.

                                                                 *    *     *

"I think she's pissed at me" Joe shrugged before throwing back the rest of his bud.

"What makes you say that?" Fin questioned swallowing his gulp. Fin, or Finnigan Murphy, was a retired grunt just like Joe. They had served their tours in the desert together and being that Fin was up for a week's visit, talking about anything and everything was a necessity. Fin was the reason Joe had the balls to finally make the move for Aisley in the first place.

Joe's preoccupation with her and her activities had driven Fin over the edge to forcing Joe to make a choice. Man up or Move on. Naturally Fin was the one Joe turned to when it came to Aisley from that point on. The whole situation made Joe unconformatable, he felt it gave the impression he didn't know what to do with a girl. Which just wasn't true, but with Aisley, it might as well have been.

Feeling more like a little kid than a twenty something, Joe scratched at the label on the bottle in his hand.

"She won't have sex with me all of a sudden." Joe finally blurted out causing Fin to choke on his drink.

"What do you mean all of a sudden." Fin coughed out.

"A couple weeks ago, I came home, passed out, when I woke up she was naked in bed...I got her all hot and bothered and went to town." Joe shrugged. "Now...nothing."

Fin squinted looking over Joe's uncomfortable posture before speaking. "How many?"

"How many what?"

"How many times you get her off?"

Joe wiggled his nose and cough before shaking his head.

"NONE?"

Joe shrugged.

"You busted a nut in your girl and left her high and dry? Shit, I wouldn't fuck you after that either."

Joe threw his head back and groaned. "It's not like I didn't try. I swear she was right there and then..." Joe waved his hand.

Fin shook his head.

The door shut loudly from the kitchen.

"Babe is that you?" Joe called out straining his neck to see around the corner.

Aisley walked in the room smiled and nodded at Fin and walked into the bedroom.

"Dog house much?"

"Fuck man, what do I do?"

Fin shrugged shaking his head. With a girl like that, you don't leave her high and dry...EVER. Joe was clueless and they both knew it. Question was, could they rectify the situation.

Motivation is a funny thing...

The feeling of something being so right you have to do it...motivation.

I've fallen into a well of "lack of motivation", not because I don't want to do anything, but because I'm so drained from the completion of all my dead lines, lack of new deadlines and overwhelming feeling of needing to complete so much before I don't have time to anymore it is like my brain is stuck on pause.

I just want the play button back on. So to "motivate" myself into forcing the reluctant inner control back to the play position I've determined a public posting makes sense.

Step One - public pictures from the Kanc
Step Two - work on one of the many stories in progress
Step Three - Morning workout
Step Four - play it by ear but keep moving

We shall see how successful this is shortly.

Couple Friends

“So…we’ve been thinking,” Nicole spoke hesitantly.
The words cut through Jade’s concentration on the nothingness of the pale walls. Slowly lifting her eyes to Nicole keeping her body as still as possible. It was a bad joke waiting to happen.
Nicole was sitting in the corner of the oversized love seat with her too-thin legs tucked under her. Her red hair fell into what she would call the perfect image. Her makeup was done up as if to go out with the plan to simply stay in and do nothing. She was glancing for reassurance at Seth, her ‘knight’, though Jade couldn’t understand why.
Seth was standing at the end of the love seat leaning on the door frame. His black t shirt revealed parts of his tattoos, with his thinning blonde hair slicked back. Jade had always seen him as the guy she wouldn’t notice if he wasn’t with her best friend. There was nothing that stood out about him.
“About. What?” Jade had to break the silence. It was more than uncomfortable; it was like them holding back a secret, though a part of her knew this wasn’t going to be a secret she would care for.
Taking a deep breath Nicole turned back to Jade, “You need to go to Europe before you can be in a relationship.”
The matter-of-fact tone that was used had Jade processing the statement repeatedly. Yes it was true she hadn’t been in a relationship for, well, years now. Nicole knew the final straw having been the one Jade turned to during all the issues with her now thankfully ex.
Jade had taken the time to find herself. What she wanted, what she wouldn’t put up with, finding who she was. For there to be a contingency for her to have a relationship all of a sudden after she had found herself in the place she was happy with was more than confusing, irritating.
When the blinking had subsided, she was able to speak, “What?”
“We’ve been talking, you need to get Europe out of your system before you’ll be able to have a relationship.” Seth chimed. Again with the matter-of-fact tone.
Nicole nodded and turned back to her fill-ins.
Jade felt her mouth fall open. Looking between the two parts of the couple, finding words was nearly impossible. This couple standing in front of her was not the picture perfect image, though they may believe it. To each their own in a way, but this couple that lived in a world where everything was done together, when one drank the other drank, when one stopped the other stopped. Seth didn’t like Jade for a while because she was single and that would mean she would be trying to get Nicole to hang out with single guys who have no respect for another man’s woman.
Really it sounded chauvinistic, but what did Jade know? In their minds she was the crazy one.
            “How…what…huh?”
“You need to get Europe out of your system before you can have a relationship.”
“He’s right you know” Nicole chimed in looking up from the fill-ins briefly.
“And why exactly do I have to go to Europe before I can have a relationship?” Jade found herself building with defensiveness.
“Because he obviously won’t let you once you’re in a relationship.” Seth stated and Nicole nodded.
            “LET me?”
They had to be speaking another language.
“Yeah, he isn’t going to let you go to Europe if you’re in a relationship.”
“Who the hell is he and what the hell makes you think he has any control over LETTING me do ANYTHING?”
“The guy you end up in a relationship with. He isn’t going to let you go.” Nicole spoke, smiled at Seth and returned to her puzzles.
            “Once you’re in a relationship he isn’t going to…”
“What the hell are you talking about? If I want to go to Europe I’m going to go.” Jade was still trying to make sense as to where the Europe thing came from. They had been talking about getting dinner when this conversation arose. Made her wonder why she came for a visit.
A loud exhale came from the corner as Nicole put her puzzle down as if this was common knowledge and Jade was disabled.
“What if he doesn’t want you to?” Nicole was obviously annoyed.
            “Oh well?”
“So you wouldn’t consider his feelings as to not wanting you to go?” Seth spoke in turn but his body language was becoming defensive like she had just insulted him personally.
“Fine. We’ll play this game,” there was no escaping this messed up conversation, “What is his reason for not wanting me to go?”
“You’ll be away from him.” Nicole’s focus was on Jade now.
Jade chewed on her lips trying not to laugh and come up with the words that wouldn’t erupt the topic, no luck. “So?”
“You won’t be WITH HIM for two weeks!”
            “Again…so?”
            “Two weeks! All the moments!”
Jade’s hand went to her forehead like trying to ward off an ice cream head ache. “What moments?”
“The moments! You’ll miss two weeks of moments with him!” Nicole’s demeanor seemed like a life or death situation.
“He can’t live two weeks without me? That’s a problem.”
“You wouldn’t let him come with you?” Seth jumped in.
“Of course I would. I would rather go to Europe with a guy I was in a relationship with, but that isn’t going to determine if I go or not.”
“So you’d let him come with you?” Seth asked.
“Yes?” There had to be a right and wrong answer at this point.
“What if he’s afraid of flying?”
“I’ll see him in two weeks?”
“You wouldn’t even consider his feelings and take the time to try to help him over his fear? I mean I’m afraid to fly but if she wanted to go to England I’d get over the fear for her.”
Jade just blinked. Didn’t he just argue against his own argument? “Yes? I’d help him get over his fear I guess but that isn’t going to determine me going or not.”
“What if he didn’t want to go?” Nicole crossed her arms.
It seemed, to Nicole and Seth, this was a real situation and Jade was really doing someone wrong. No idea who that is but someone…apparently.
“Then he doesn’t have to.” Jade was getting more and more confused as the conversation went on.
“What if he is afraid you’ll find someone else over there? He knows how much you like Irish men.”
Jade bit her lips. “If I’m with him then it doesn’t matter how many Irish men are in Ireland.”
Seth began to get animated, “Well the Irish men don’t care if you have a man or not.”
Jade just stared. No clue what to say to that. So Seth continued. “If you don’t care if you’re man is worried about you hooking up with another guy. Especially since he knows you’re into Irish guys and he isn’t Irish.”
“WHAT!? Ok so now you’re saying to me, that I can’t go to Europe or IRELAND because the guy I’m supposedly with is afraid I’m going to cheat on him, and you’ve already decided he isn’t Irish.”
“Yes.” Nicole and Seth spoke in unison.
“Well then I guess if was over before it started because what you’re telling me is he doesn’t trust me.”
“Well know he is afraid another guy is going to hit on you and it would be the type of guy you like.” Seth corrected.
“So you’re saying he doesn’t trust me to turn down another guy because I may be attracted to him.”
“Well yeah. But no. Guys. Don’t. Care. They wouldn’t care if you had a man.”
“But what you’re saying is the I don’t care that I’m in a relationship.”
“No. That’s not what I’m saying.” Seth was beginning to back track. “What if he thinks you cheated on him so he cheats on you?”
“Good thing I went to Europe cause now it’s over before it was too late.” Jade crossed her arms over her chest, waiting for their so-not-done conversation to go even more in her favor.
“No, that’s not the point.” Nicole said waving her hand like Jade missed the point entirely.
            “Then what is?”
“How would you know he cheated on you?” Seth made a face like he was convinced he had her stuck.
“How’d you know?” Jade shot back.
            “Well he told me.”
“Then if you were any level of a friend you’d tell me.”
“No I wouldn’t, I’d tell Nicole and it would be her responsibility to tell you.”
“Ok, that makes sense, we’re closer than you and me.” Jade agreed with the first logical statement since this conversation began. As fast as it occurred, it disappeared.
“Not just that, but because he would be my friend and you two would be friends.”
Jade thought for a moment. “What makes you think you and him would be friends?”
“Because when you’re a couple you have couple friends and that means the girl is friends with the girl and the guy is friends with the guy, and the girl and guy are never friends.” Seth sat down next to Nicole who smiled like a deer in head lights and curled up next to him. “It’s a respect thing.” He finished.
“I…what…” Jade took a breath. “What the hell?”
“Out of respect so the guy knows the other guy isn’t trying to get with his girl he is only friends with the other guy.”
“So…” Jade nodded to herself. She really wished she had another person there to tell her if her head was exploding in it’s own right. “a guy can never be friends with a girl, meaning you and I can’t be friends?”
“No we can be because you don’t have a boyfriend. But once you have a boyfriend we can’t be friends anymore.”
            “So it doesn’t matter…the whole respect thing…for Nicole because….why?”
“Because there isn’t another guy involved.”
“Right…well I can tell you straight out, nothing will ever happen between me and you Seth so THAT is the reason Nicole doesn’t have to worry, not because there isn’t another guy involved.”
“It’s a respect thing you don’t understand.” Seth shook his head and leaned back in the love seat.
“Ok, let’s use Mike as an example.” Nicole sat up and settled in to make her point.
“Ok, what about Mike?” Mike was a guy with a lot of history with Jade and friends with Nicole. Nothing had ever come of it, and Jade was fine with that after everything he had pulled.
“Say you and Mike are in a relationship.” Nicole began. Jade nodded for her to continue. “Say he doesn’t let you go to Europe.” Jade crossed her arms and nodded, letting Nicole paint the whole picture before she responded. “Now you’re married with kids.”
“And now I resent him and now we’re divorced.”
            “WHY!”
“Because he didn’t LET me go to Europe!”
            “You don’t get it.”
            “You’re right I don’t get it.”
“Does his happiness mean nothing to you?” Seth jumped back in. “It will never last if his happiness isn’t everything to you.”
            “What about my happiness?”
“It doesn’t matter as much” Seth shook his head and began stroking Nicole’s leg.
“If my happiness doesn’t matter to him, why do I change myself to make him happy?”
            “That’s not…”
“Because, it is what you are supposed to do!” Nicole was intense, clawing at the air.
            “So my happiness…”
“Is solely based on his!” Nicole’s stare was intense, but Jade’s stomach wasn’t turning out of anxiety knowing she was wrong, but that this is evidently what Nicole truly believed.
            “Sorry, that isn’t me.”
“And that’s why you’re single.” Nicole began searching for her fill-ins again. “You are willing to give up moments to be selfish.”
            “What moments?”
“Every moment. You should be experiencing every moment with him. That’s what a real relationship is.”
            “What about me time?”
“There is no ‘me’ time it is only ‘we’ time.”
Jade just shook her head.
“You spend every moment together.”
“I’d get sick of him.”
“Then you aren’t meant to be together.”
“You’re making it sound like I can’t think for myself. Can’t do something I enjoy just because he doesn’t want to do it. When do I hang out with me friends?”
“You hang out with you’re couple friends. You do what you all want to do not just what you want to, that’s just selfish.”
“I’m not saying all the time.”
“Why do you think we come together? We don’t hang out apart, we hang out together.”
“I know you two are a package deal. Can’t buy underwear with my friend, has to be my friend AND her boyfriend.”
            “Yup…Moments.”
“I don’t know what my underwear has to do with your moments, but sure.”
